Showings are from 10am till 3pm. Gas fireplace has not been used for several years. Ground level deck had bad joists and whole deck was just replaced. Exterior house trim painted this summer. Sprinkler heads replaced 2022 And last my favorite thing is there is a large butterfly garden!

turn east at Captain Franks Hotdogs. Then proceed through First flight Ridge private gate you will need a gate code. Turn left on Da Vinci Lane and house is last property on left hand side of road. Just a note GPS will not direct your clients to the correct location it brings them to Harbour Bay subdivision!
